It offers half a day time out to get more out of your work and in turn your career. In addition to network with other aspiring leaders.This workshop is interactive and practical. It will provide you with skills and strategies to improve your agility working in housing through resilience and emotional intelligence.
1. You will recognise why agility is key to your success in housing.
2. Understand what resilience is and how to become more resilient.
3. Understand what emotional intelligence is and how E.I. you are.
4. Have new skills and strategies to implement into your working day
As a result of this workshop, you will be able to recognise and put into practise the skills and strategies you need to be more agile, working in housing.
Please note that as part of this workshop delegates will be offered the opportunity for a follow up meeting with the trainer to review objectives and progress. This element is outside of the CIH member offer and individual delegates have the responsibility for any costs incurred.
